International Orders

If your designated country is not listed please contact us at info@mayakids.org us for a postage quote.  

 

Delivery of Orders
All items will be shipped on receipt of payment.  Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery within the UK and Europe, and 10 days for outside Europe.

 

Product Descriptions and Returns

Due to the products being handmade there might be some variations between items, but all care has been taken to ensure that all dohars are of the upmost quality.

 

In the event there is a defect to any item, returns will be considered within 7 days of its receipt date. Please email info@mayakids.org describing the defect. Do not forget to include your name, email address, phone number, item name and reason for the return and we will contact you to advise how to proceed.

 

Items for exchange must reach us within 21 days from the date of your invoice.  Please ensure the items are sent back within their original packaging.  Do not forget to state if you require a substitute (subject to availability) or a refund.  If the item returned is not in original state, refund or replacement may be denied.  Please return goods via registered mail ensuring safe arrival, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods in transit. Regrettably postage cannot be refunded.
